Abuse & law enforcement
How to report abuse, and how we handle legal requests. Operated from European Union.
Reporting abuse
If mail from an alias on our domains is abusive, email admin@alias.mom with full headers. We act on genuine reports quickly — an alias can be disabled and its account suspended without exposing anyone's identity, because abuse controls work on rate and reputation metadata, not by reading mail.
Law-enforcement requests
- Valid legal process required. We respond only to a valid subpoena, court order, or warrant appropriate to our jurisdiction.
- Minimum necessary. We disclose only the specific data compelled, nothing more — and we hold very little to begin with (no signup identity, short retention, no message content for forward-only aliases).
- User notification. We notify affected users unless a court legally bars us from doing so.
- Counted in the open. Every request is tallied on our transparency page and reflected in the warrant canary.
